• Strong Communication - Each merchandiser is trained and certified on the requirements, policy and procedures of the retailer. A tight line of communication is maintained with the retailer at headquarter level to be consistently aware of in-store procedures in order to ensure product integrity.

  • All FORCE 1 ONE merchandisers receive extensive field training from local management to ensure product knowledge and retail call objectives. Product information is also communicated via internet, mail, voice mail and seminars.
  • FORCE 1 ONE Merchandisers are also trained to be aggressive in "selling" with the goal of successfully reaching your retail initiatives. An in-depth understanding of the retailer requirements and procedures is also reviewed thoroughly, guaranteeing service efficiency.

• Performance Audits - Merchandisers are regularly audited for performance compliance and efficiency. Audits are performed by team leads to ensure client objectives are met daily.

• Performance Reviews - FORCE 1 ONE conducts employee reviews annually, or as needed, to maintain quality individuals with the highest level of service standards.
